I’ve always been interested in thought bubbles. In comic strips, they are used to depict a range of character thought processes – anything from Garfield’s latest scheme against Odie, to the Family Circus children’s insights on life.

With our new office space nearing completion, my own thoughts have filling quite a spectrum of topics. For instance, if there was a cartoon thought bubble over my head each morning when I walk into the office, you’d be able to read the following:

• Is this really where I work?
• God has been good to Flywell!
• I wonder what new projects we’ll start today.
• Did I wear this yesterday, and will Corey notice?

Even as I write this, I can envision this thought bubble over my head, “I wonder who drew the first thought bubble?” (For insights on that topic, see this article .)

While thought bubbles might seem like a rather trivial topic to share about… they have a lot to do with what goes on at Flywell Creative.
